A straightforward privacy note.

This note describes the founding edition, updated on 27 October 2026.

Saved stories stay in your browser

When you bookmark a story, this site stores its article identifier in localStorage on this device. It is not sent to a Laong account or database. Remove bookmarks individually or clear this site’s browser storage to delete them. Saved stories belong to this browser and website address; they do not transfer automatically from an older address. If storage is unavailable, reading remains available and bookmarks cannot persist.

Search and tools

Search runs against the article list in your browser. Calculator inputs are processed locally and are not submitted to a backend by the application. Copy controls use your browser clipboard only after you activate them. The growing-note template is a blank reading aid; it is not stored or submitted.

Advertising and analytics

No AdSense, analytics, tracking pixel, newsletter collection, or account-registration script is included in this version. Advertising and any required consent controls would need a policy update before activation. Our shared advertising and privacy information describes the planned setup and links to privacy information for both publications.

Hosting and external links

This public site is hosted on Vercel. Vercel may process request information, including IP addresses and browser information, to deliver and protect the site under its privacy notice. Fonts and photographs are served with this site. Following source links takes you to external websites with their own policies.

Advertising enquiries and contact

The enquiry form prepares a draft locally. Details are shared only if you choose to send them through your email application. Email correspondence may be retained to answer your enquiry and arrange a campaign. Laong is published by Santapong Sondhi. For privacy questions or requests about correspondence, email santapongsondhi@gmail.com.
